• Marta joined Red Bank Veterinary Hospital in July 2023. Marta is an operations, analytics, and strategy-focused leader with over 15 years of experience in consumer-facing industries (Pharmaceutical, Healthcare, and Banking).

• Marta is the type of leader that leads by example ensuring outstanding attention to detail in patient care and well-being. During her tenure as a Regional Director of Operations, Marta spearheaded quality improvement projects, launched robust operational systems, and led operational processes ensuring accuracy and efficiency while ensuring excellent clinical outcomes. 

• Marta holds a Master of Science in Business Administration (MBA) from Drexel University, a Master of Science in Healthcare Management from Rutgers, and a Bachelor of Science in Medical Laboratory Sciences/Pre-Med from Hunter College.
