If you are reaching out to us for a medication refill via email, PLEASE leave your name, your pet's name, phone number, the name of the prescription, and the name of the pharmacy and phone number at the pharmacy on your email request. Failure to follow these instructions will result in a delay for the refill. Realize that refills sometimes take 3 days to be completed so please plan appropriately. We are unable to call in refills the same day given the number of refill requests we receive each day.
