We are proud to announce that Dr. Sawyer is now a board-certified cardiologist! A specialist in cardiology is a Diplomate of the American College of Veterinary Internal Medicine (DACVIM).

A veterinary specialist is a doctor who has completed additional training in a specific area of veterinary medicine, and who has passed an intensive examination that evaluates their skills in that specialty.
