About Tinton Falls

In 1986, Thomas Trotter, VMD, and Anthony DeCarlo, VMD, opened the original Red Bank Veterinary Hospital in Shrewsbury, NJ to serve pets and families in the area. Right from the start the hospital set the stage for cutting-edge medicine by pioneering MRI use on small animals.

As our reputation for excellence in medicine and service to the community grew, so did demand for our unique brand of compassionate care supported by advanced technology. Over the years, we’ve outgrown buildings, repurposed locations for expanded veterinary care options, and purchased hospitals to serve a larger area.

Red Bank Veterinary Hospital in TInton Falls is a 24/7 Emergency & Specialty Hospital located minutes from the shoreline and an hour from NYC.Our comprehensive services include: Avian & Exotics, Acupuncture, Anesthesiology & Pain Management, Cardiology, Clinical Nutrition, Critical Care, Dentistry & Oral Surgery, Diagnostic Imaging, Dialysis, General Medicine, I-131, Internal Medicine, Interventional Radiology & Endoscopy, Neurology & Neurosurgery, Oncology, Ophthalmology, Physical Rehabilitation, and Surgery.

I feel honored and extremely lucky to work in a hospital with such an amazing team of people. Our staff is here because they want to be here, believe in what we do and are motivated to help our patients and their families. I am so proud of the high level of medicine practiced here and the dedication of all of our staff. Red Bank is an amazing place and I love working here!

Anna Massey, VMD, Director of Emergency & Critical Care

RBVH has been a part of my family for over 20 years. My pets have always been taken great care of here; being a part of the team now and providing that care for other people's pets, makes it even better! Everyone is kind, trustworthy and empathetic! It's a privilege to work at RBVH!

Diane D., Surgery Technician

I joined the RBVH Tinton Falls family at the end of last September as a parking lot concierge. Immediately, I felt welcomed and invested in by those who trained me and by all those who worked inside. Not long after, I was given the opportunity to come inside and begin working as a Client Services Representative. Within this past year, I have been able to get to know so many lovely and talented people, build my customer service skills, and grow both as an employee and as a person. I am looking forward to many more years of working here and helping to make clients and their pets happy!

Katrina Hill, Client Services Representative

Being a veterinary neurologist at Red Bank Veterinary Hospital in Tinton Falls since 1998, I really can't say enough good things about Red Bank. The past 24 years have been amazing and I truly feel blessed to be part of this organization and specifically at this hospital. We work as a large team to provide state of the art medicine for our patients. Team work allows us to be advocates for both the patient and the owners and to do so with compassion and empathy. I could not imagine being at any other hospital!
