Our Tinton Falls location is pleased to announce the addition of the Client Liaison Department. The new Client Liaison Associates are a dedicated team put in place to help explain financial options, provide constant communication to clients whose pets are currently admitted, and as a connection between the pet owner and doctor.
Another key component of this team are our Parking Lot Concierges. They are located directly in the parking lot and are available to assist you when you first arrive.
OUR COMPREHENSIVE CLIENT LIAISON TEAM IS AVAILABLE 7 DAYS A WEEK, PROVIDING A WORLD-CLASS CLIENT EXPERIENCE.
MEET THE TEAM:
Carol Olea, Client Liaison Coordinator
Carol is an RBVH veteran of 20 years and the Vice President of the NJVMHA (New Jersey Veterinary Hospital Managers Association). Originally starting as a Client Service Representative (CSR) she quickly moved up the ranks and became a supervisor, then ultimately held the title of the Client Experience Manager for 14 years. Before moving into her new role as Client Liaison Coordinator, she led the internal finance team. Carol's long-standing history with RBVH and wide range of client-focused positions makes her an irreplaceable asset to this team.
Jordan Clarke, Client Liaison Associate
Jordan has been the lead Client Service Representative at the Out Window for the last two years and is truly a shining star.
His knowledge of the RBVH payment options and pet insurance makes him a valuable member of this team and a great resource for pet owners.
Lauren Pagliano, Client Liaison Associate
Lauren shares with us her fifteen years of experience in the veterinary field.
She was most recently the supervisor for the Internal Medicine Department and stepped up in the pandemic lending extra support to our financial team.
Her medical background means she will be able to answer any questions regarding your pet's treatment plan.
